Overview: Emily in Paris is an American romantic comedy-drama TV series created by Darren Star which is only available on Netflix. The series premiered on October 2, 2020, and received much desired hype. The characters of the series, starring Emily Cooper, Mindy Chen, Camille, Gabriel, and others with the most screentime being, Sylvie, Luc, Julian, and Antoine Lambert.
The series revolves around the life experience of Emily Cooper, an American marketing executive flying all the way across the continent to work at a French marketing firm, of the same. And as we all know, not speaking French in Paris is more like a sin, and our Emily here is sure a criminal of such. Being a talented employee didn't matter when she couldn't understand the French values and language, at first.
Being the stubborn and determined girl she is, she obviously made her way into the firm, however, she also betrayed the one who was kind to her. Tangled in a secret romance, glamourous job, and fragile friendship, Emily has entangled herself in ways she never would've imagined, and if she speaks the truth, she will lose a friend. Amongst every certain chaos of her personal life, her professional skilled never tumbled.
Character Overview: Emily, a free-spirited girl, with a passion for sharing every bit of her life on social media, partially shows why she has chosen marketing as her career. Who doesn't love to work in the most glamorous working capital of the world? But with glamour, there are difficulties as well. Emily being Emily, she also finds a way out of the mess, but what if she ends up creating a bigger one for herself sometimes? Well, you have to watch the show for that.
The only reliable friend of Emily in this lonely city is Mindy, a Chinese by birth but knows all the French ways by heart, as well as with an amazing voice. She might work as a babysitter by day but by night she follows her passion for which she left her own place far away.
Next, we have, Camille, the friendship Emily didn't expect and sometimes wished she never had. Camille is one of those friends one would be really lucky to have, especially in a lonely city. But what if one messes up and wishes they never crossed paths with them?
Gabrielle, the secret crush, or I might say love of Emily. A chef by profession, he might cook delicious food, but his looks are what is served at every table. We all hate a man who cheats, but sometimes some mistakes make us question our judgment towards the character, such as Gabrielle's situation.
Sylvie, being a tough character for Emily to break through, proved to be great with words of wisdom for Emily at some point, no matter how much you hate her at first you will eventually hold a liking of her. Luc being a 'creepy' employee, again made us question if we are a good judge of characters, whenever he helped out Emily in need, so when Julian did the same. Without these colleagues, Emily's life in Paris wouldn't be a life after all.

You never fail to miss, really amazing and hats off for the consistency!!!
